Fresh herbs have a very short life even when refrigerated and the freezer can preserve but it's still frozen.
With the "HERB BOX" simply hang your fresh herbs on one of three pegs and remove herbs off the stem as needed; over time they will dry (time varies by climate) and reach a small window before they completely dry when the aroma and flavors are intensified. Leafier herbs such as mint and basil hold a bit more moisture and take longer to fully dry. Rotate for best results.
If using your "HERB BOX" for a variety of herbs its angled ledge will catch any residual herbs that accumulate over time to be used for any of your recipes that call for mixed dry herbs.
